Technical Skills for Engineer & Lead:

• Knowledge on CSS, HTML5, Ajax, XML, REST, Web Services

• Knowledge on SQL, U-SQL, T-SQL, JavaScript

• Knowledge on SharePoint Online, Libraries, List, Sites

• Knowledge on SPFx or SharePoint, and AngularJS

• Knowledge on SP Designer, Visual Studio Code, etc.

• Knowledge on database, relational and non-relational database concepts

• Knowledge of Web 2.0 principles, including navigation, usability, and accessibility

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to develop and implement all necessary business processes

• Familiar with SharePoint architecture, security and how it interfaces with Active Directory


Soft Skills for Engineer & Lead:

• Ability to listen effectively and understand clearly

• Ability to prioritize, work efficiently and productively, deliver it on time

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and resolving issues

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels

Skills for Lead:

• Experience in Agile development practices

• Ability to manage team, time and simultaneously work on multiple deliverables

• Ability to lead a team of 4-6 members

• Ability to guide and mentor junior members in the team


Roles for Engineers & Lead:

• Adhere to the processes and standards defined by the team/organization/industry

• Deliver business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), Design documents, Prototypes, Test Design & Test Cases document, Deployment document and user manual

• Develop & implement the solution for the business process in O365 collaborative environment and its components such as workflows, forms, PowerApps, SharePoint Online, Connection, Approvals, etc.

• Configure and maintain portals, custom solutions, sites, pages, document libraries, lists including access control and issue resolution

• Develop & expose API in secure way

• Manage tickets and support stakeholders on time

• Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process

• Interface SharePoint & O365 applications to other on-primes and closed applications

• Standardizes and optimizes the way data is stored and retrieved

• Develop reusable components/plug-ins/libraries and deploy in an efficient way and ensure ease of maintenance

• Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities (including tools, technologies and best practices)

• Monitor system and ensure optimized performance and security

• Mentor and motivate the juniors in the execution of day-to-day tasks and in the development of their skills and abilities


Job Roles for Leads:

• Construction of business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the solution adoption across the organization

• Analyze customer requirements, set priorities to meet defined deliverables within the estimated timelines

• Suggest and implement new approaches/tools/process/technologies which will benefits the team and the organization

• Ensure accuracy of deliverables by defining KPIs and following comprehensive policies and processes

• Communication among the team members must be clear and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

• Mentor and motivate team members on the job and develop best talent for the job

• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for team

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learn & iterate frequently

• Oversee daily activities of team and provide direction and guidance as and when required

• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements

• Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence

• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
