Job Description:
· Function as a specialist in the use and application of ANSYS High frequency simulation tools (HFSS, SIWave, Q3DExtractor).
· Lead/Assist in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity such as customer meetings and product presentations, demonstrations and evaluations.
· Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of a customers’ current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows
· Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows, in support of the software sales process
· Participate in internal corporate initiatives to further enhance the solution suites, presales/sales enablement and professional growth
· Responsible for articulating ANSYS’ value proposition, which may encompass its entire suite of products
· Create elegant and useful solutions to solve complex business problems by working across various teams and understanding the needs of our customers
· Instruct training classes on the usage of ANSYS HF products
· Support clients using ANSYS HF products, through email and telephone, in all phases of analysis from correct posing of the initial problem, solution and interpretation of results.
· Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in ANSYS HF products.

Desired Candidate Profile:
· At least a Bachelors , Master Degree, PhD or equivalent in the field of Electrical and Electronics engineering.
· Strong knowledge of RF and Antenna design and theory, circuit theory, basic transmission line theory with the emphasis on microwave components and high-frequency applications.
· Knowledge of principals of EMI/EMC, Cable harness, Shielding Effectiveness, ESD, High-Speed Interconnect Theory, Power Integrity etc. would be an added advantage.
· Demonstrated use of relevant ANSYS software (HFSS, SIWave) or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA software packages
· Engaging personality, engineering curiosity and willingness for continuous learning
· Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers
· Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in fluent English
· Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer
· Projects a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions
· Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
· Fluency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing)
