Job Description
Closely cooperate with the Business Owner by consulting / proactively innovating in technical and methodical topics
Closely cooperate with Enterprise Architect to ensure the solution strategies are integrated across All System Infrastructure and aligned with the agreed enterprise architecture
Evaluate requirements and possible implementations on a technical level.
Closely cooperate with Digital Platform Business Owner from Design Phase on by consulting / proactively innovating in technical and methodical topics
Participate in Digital Platform Business Owner Boards and in Joint Review Boards with strategic partners
Be the e-commerce stakeholder and spokesperson to ensure good quality of services delivered for online customers by functional teams: logistics, finance and customer service
Work on a strategic and tactical website roadmap to continuously improve the customer experience and optimize operational performance
Monitor website analytics and drive activities to increase customer conversion accordingly
Develop and deploy new customer-focused features and tools (e.g. EDI, retention/acquisition tools)
Manage and prioritize website enhancements & features and monitor the execution
Identify a/b testing opportunities and implement/test these with feedback form local eBusiness teams
Gain and share insights into the on-line propositions of other key competitors/ distributors/ marketplaces, and implement improvements accordingly
Manage website roll out to new countries from an operational perspective
Drive site localization (site content, features) - based on country specific expectations and events
Optimize and ensure documentation of customer journey map and e-commerce processes - especially back-end processes such as customer data management, product planning, inventory management, order management, logistics
Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of eBusiness processes
Work with product & marketing departments and vendors to upload and update content
Work with customer service, finance and supply chain teams locally and regionally to ensure a positive post purchase experience
Daily support and maintenance of test and production environments
Troubleshoot website issues and initiate resolutions with internal IT teams and external vendors
Prepare quarterly reports that identify operational issues affecting the conversion. Collect and analyse customer website feedback and circulate to appropriate departments/stakeholders
Authorities & Must Have Skills:
Decide on regional eBusiness platform and tools development
Design and optimize local and regional eBusiness backend, fulfilment and operations processes
- Worked in Digitalization / ebusiness
- SEO experience
- Worked in Projects on ebusiness
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Substantial knowledge of online analytics or similar reporting applications
Strong understanding of eCommerce/eBusiness concepts, tools and best practices
Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
Strong understanding of eBusiness processes and business flow
Regional and team mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
CMS/eCommerce platform backend skills
1 to 4 years eBusiness experience will be an advantage
